That’s the reason why we’ll do all that for you at no cost!Our trained technical staff reps will move your site content from your current provider to us. Our technicians have got plenty of experience migrating web sites and are able to take care of everything – from a normal WordPress weblog or Joomla™–powered web site, to a highly elaborate, custom–built web application.

Q: Web site migration sounds like a lot of work. How long is it going to take?
A: We strive to implement all web site migrations as fast as possible. Still, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are certain facets that you need to take into consideration – the very size of your site and the workload of our website migration team, etc. We always strive to accomplish each migration within 48 hours. With less sizeable web sites, our staff typically manages to finish in under 24 hours.

Q: Do you need something from me before you start transferring my web site?
A: Yes. We will need the name of the web site that you’d like us to move. We’ll also require a means to access your current web hosting account so that we can get the content associated with your website.

Q: My current hosting account has sensitive info inside. How can I rely on you?

Q: Will my website be offline during the transfer?
A: No. Your web site will remain visible online during the migration. Once everything is completed on our end, we’ll let you know so that you can examine it and check for any problems. If everything is fine, all you will have to do is edit your domain’s DNS settings.

Q: Will my present web hosting provider know that I am leaving them?
A: While we migrate your content, your web hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We won’t touch base with them in any way.

Q: Does it matter what platform my current hosting provider is using?
A: Yes. We support all common Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–based hosting platforms, as we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.In addition, we don’t support proprietary web site creation and administration user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
